CC4win Setup and Log in

1. Once the CC4Win application has been loaded on to the agents PC, you will need to locate the following icon:

2. Please double click on this icon and the following will show (if the auto-login is not a ticket). Click on the blue Sign In button.

3. Once logged in, the screen will open with various widgets showing

Note:  You may need to resize your screeng

Note: At this stage the Agent cannot make or receive calls as they in a Logged out status.

4. You will need to locate the In / Out widget and press the Login box

This will make the In / Out status turn Green and the wall board will also reflect the new status of the agent.

Now the agent can make and receive calls.
