What is direct routing?
Using a SIP trunk to route calls, in2tel will create a backbone of network connections, ensuring calls are always delivered and sent. Microsoft Teams will be the interface to make and receive calls.
Is their a big initial cost?
There is no infrastructure required to run calls through Teams. You’ll need an Office 365 license, and we’ll charge a setup fee. Updates and support will be included in your monthly costs.
Can I reduce my monthly phone bill?
We offer fantastic call rates through SIP Trunking. We always aim to significantly lower your monthly phone bill, and if we can’t, we’ll say. Internal calls through teams are free, no matter how far the distance.
