WHAT WE COLLECT
We collect personal information when you enquire about a product or purchased directly with our sales or support teams (Name, Address, Contact Details). Depending on products ordered this may also extend to IP$, credit card details and recording of calls.

KEEPING YOUR DATA SECURE
We protect your information with internal security measures, including computers, files and buildings. In2tel’s Network is hosted using secure providers with strict access policies.
When you contact In2tel to ask about your information, we may ask you to identify yourself. This is to help protect your information and making sure we are dealing with authorised staff.
ACCESS TO YOUR DATA
Customers already have access to most of their personal information via our online portal. Please make sure the data is up to date. Can we ask you to remove any incorrect information.
THIRD PARTIES
In2tel operate a strict policy on sharing personal identifiable information, however there may be times where you the customer require partial information to be shared when faults arise (Callers Line identification, Dialled Number and a contact name). With your permission, your data be shared with other Service Providers, where a fault condition requires escalation.
In2tel manage telephone services and are regulated by Comreg, therefore may be requested from time to time where Comreg and/or Law enforcement authorities request us to share personal data.
OUR PROMISE
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise ask outside third parties to run any analytical analysis on your personally identifiable information.
How long we hold your data for is subject to legislation and regulatory rules we must follow, set out by Comreg and our contractual agreements.
NOT PROVIDING SUFFICENT DATA
When setting up a new contract or ordering a new service, we require to collect personal data to meet our regulator / legal obligations. If for some reason you are unable to provide sufficient data, we may not be able to offer you the requested service.
