How can I access in2tel Call Stats?
Call Stats is found within the in2tel customer portal. All in2tel customers will have access to Call Stats. If you require access please open the live chat.
What calls are recorded within Call Stats?
All incoming and outgoing calls on the in2tel phone network will be recorded within Call Stats. All handset, mobile, and web calls will be shown.
How far back can I search?
In the Call Stats Light, the last 6 months of calls can be searched.
How quickly is a call shown in Call Stats?
There is a 15-minute delay after the call is answered or missed.
Are the business names in my call log private?
Yes, any business data added by yourself will be private to your business, these will be shown in pink. in2tel’s global database are shown in grey and are from publicly available records.
